R22 Helicopter Transport Trailer

An R22 Helicopter Transport Trailer for those looking to transport there R22 behind most vehicles, which is manufactured by our Engineering company, Black Engineering Ltd. This trailer has been designed to facilitate all levels of flight handling experience with a helicopter landing area that folds down to accommodate a larger take off and landing area than the normal trailer width. This size landing area ensures safety and ease of operation to and from the trailer minimizing drama for the pilot.

The trailer is constructed from mild steel which is hot dip galvanized, with marine ply and checker plate flooring mounted on a tandem axle with independent airbag suspension. The trailer has supports for the blades, tail boom and is secured to the trailer by skid locks.

There is secure storage area for 5 jerry cans of fuel. A spare wheel accessible for changing. Independent airbag suspension which is managed by simple air charging from standard air supply. Manual hydraulic pump for helicopter landing platform activation. MR blade and tail rotor covers for transit protection.
